1. Who we are

FalehSec is the independent penetration-testing practice of Mohammed Al-Faleh, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “FalehSec” refer to this practice. Contact us at m45faleh@falehsec.dev or +966 56 215 5628.

2. What we collect

• Contact form (“Request a Pentest”) — your name, company/organization, email, the service you selected, and the scope details you type.
• AI assistant chat — the messages you send in the chat widget, so we can answer your question.
• Weekly threat digest — your email address, your double-opt-in confirmation, and any unsubscribe request.
• Email correspondence — anything you send us by email.
• Anonymous usage counts — which page and which language, counted without cookies or identifiers, and never used to profile you.
• Short-lived security logs — IP addresses processed briefly for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, deleted automatically within days.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a scope, timeline and quote — based on your request and, where required, your consent.
• To send the weekly digest you subscribed to — your explicit consent, confirmed by email, withdrawable with one click.
• To operate and secure this website — legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the forms and chat.

4. Who processes it

We do not sell or rent your data, and we never use it for third-party advertising. Data is processed only by the hosting and email-delivery providers that run this website, bound by contracts that protect your information.

5. How long we keep it

• Inquiry details — as long as needed to handle your request and keep basic business records.
• Digest subscription — until you unsubscribe (a minimal record of your address may remain to honour your opt-out).
• Security logs — automatically deleted within days.
• Chat content — kept only as long as needed to answer you.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email m45faleh@falehsec.dev, or use the unsubscribe link in any digest — opting out is one click and instant.

7. Changes to this policy

When our practices change, this page is updated with a new “last updated” date. The current version is always at falehsec.dev/privacy.

2. ما الذي نجمعه

• نموذج طلب اختبار الاختراق — اسمك، الشركة أو الجهة، بريدك الإلكتروني، الخدمة التي اخترتها، وتفاصيل النطاق التي تكتبها.
• المساعد الذكي في المحادثة — الرسائل التي ترسلها في نافذة المحادثة حتى نتمكن من الإجابة عن استفسارك.
• نشرة التهديدات الأسبوعية — بريدك الإلكتروني، وتأكيد اشتراكك بالموافقة المزدوجة، وأي طلب إلغاء.
• المراسلات البريدية — أي شيء ترسله إلينا عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
• عدادات استخدام مجهولة الهوية — الصفحة واللغة فقط، تُحصى دون ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو معرّفات، ولا تُستخدم أبداً لبناء ملف عنك.
• سجلات أمنية قصيرة العمر — عناوين الـ IP تُعالَج مؤقتاً لضبط معدل الطلبات ومنع الإساءة، وتُحذف تلقائياً خلال أيام.

3. لماذا نستخدمها

• للرد على استفسارك وإعداد النطاق والجدول الزمني والعرض السعري — استناداً إلى طلبك، وبموافقتك عند الاقتضاء.
• لإرسال النشرة الأسبوعية التي اشتركت فيها — موافقتك الصريحة المؤكَّدة عبر البريد، ويمكنك سحبها بنقرة واحدة.
• لتشغيل هذا الموقع وحمايته — لمصلحة مشروعة في منع إساءة استخدم النماذج والمحادثة.

4. من يعالجها

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها، ولا نستخدمها أبداً للإعلانات الخارجية. تُعالج البيانات عبر مزودي الاستضافة وإرسال البريد الإلكتروني الذين يشغّلون هذا الموقع فقط، وبموجب عقود تحمي معلوماتك.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

• بيانات الاستفسار — للمدة اللازمة لمعالجة طلبك والاحتفاظ بسجلات تجارية أساسية.
• اشتراك النشرة — حتى تلغي اشتراكك (قد يبقى سجل دنيٍ لعنوان بريدك لاحترام رغبتك في الإيقاف).
• السجلات الأمنية — تُحذف تلقائياً خلال أيام.
• محتوى المحادثة — للمدة اللازمة للإجابة عليك فقط.

6. حقوقك

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على معالجتها، أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت. راسل m45faleh@falehsec.dev أو استخدم رابط الإلغاء في أي رسالة نشرة — الإيقاف فوري بنقرة واحدة.

7. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

عند تغيّر ممارساتنا تُحدَّث هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ جديد لـ«آخر تحديث». النسخة الحالية متاحة دائماً على falehsec.dev/privacy.
